RedCast20 - Large Format Wax Cast Resin is a premium photopolymer developed specifically for the production of large-scale, high-resolution casting patterns. Engineered for smooth surface finishes and dimensional stability, this resin is ideal for applications requiring clean burnout and crisp detail in final metal casts.

RedCast20 Comes standard with 20% wax for the ideal large format print stability, formulation is easily customizable for customers with specific wax requirements. 

With its optimized thermal behavior, expect clean burn out with both large and small / high detail items. The Low viscosity allows for excellent flow in large-format printers and offers consistent performance across complex geometries and thick cross-sections.

Designed to leave no ash or residue, Large Format Wax Cast Resin provides reliable, repeatable results for users in jewelry, industrial, or artistic casting environments.

Post-Processing Recommendation:
After printing, rinse the part briefly in IPA for 30–60 seconds to remove uncured resin. Immediately follow with forced air drying to eliminate solvent residue. For best results, finish with 20–30 minutes of water cure or standard UV light cure to stabilize the surface and ensure optimal burnout performance

Store & Usage:
1.Store in a cool DARK place between 18-28C - Keep container away from light exposure during storage to avoid light contamination. 
2. Avoid any direct sunlight during usage. 
3. Shake well before use.
4. After printing, post wash your print in IPA alcohol with the content of above 90
5. Use at temperature 18-28C
