How to reach us

Email is the fastest way to reach us. We do our best to reply within 24 hours or by the next business day. If you call or text and we miss you, leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Please include your order number in your message if your question is about an order.

Visiting us

Our South Elgin location is a secure manufacturing facility. We do not have a store for in person sales, so please do not come by to pick up orders. All sales are made through our website or through business to business orders.

Returns

Please email us before sending anything back so we can give you a return authorization number. Our full return details are in our Refund policy.
