Why Pouches?
These 1.5kg wide-mouth, re-fillable Aluminum pouches use about 80% less plastic than traditional rigid containers. They can be easily re-filled by the user or as part of our recycling program and they drastically reduce the amount of shipping and storage costs for incoming freight.
Check out our pouch recycling program!!!
1 Pouch returned = $1 in store credit (no limits) - Return 40 Pouches - Get $40 in Store Credit sent to the email address on your account. Don't Have an account? Get $10 in store credit today by signing up here.
We will re-use the pouches when possible and the remainder we will pay to have properly and safely disposed of using a "waster to energy" form of recycling where the bags are incinerated, the aluminum collected if possible, and the heat used to create usable energy.
Return Instructions:
1.) DO NOT SHIP WITHOUT A CAP. Tightly re-cap the pouch and place the used pouch(s) inside a sealed ziplock bag - you can use the bags that ship with the product or use any re-closable bag to prevent leaking during shipment.
2.) Write down your name, the number of bags you are returning, and the email address associated with your account on a piece of paper and include it with your shipment.
3.) Ship to our manufacturing Address: 1610 Shanahan Drive, South Elgin, IL 60177 - Ship to attention: POUCH RETURN
once we receive your return, you will be notified via email that your account has been credited.

General Post-Print Procedures
We recommend post cleaning your prints using clean, high purity 99% IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol). For Best results, utilize Vortex mixers or Ultrasonic Cleaners to quickly remove excess resin for a maximum of 10-15 minutes. Avoid leaving prints to soak for extended periods. See Table A for general absorption rates. (Always wear safety glasses and protective gloves when handling 3D Printing Resin).
Completely dry your piece before post curing. Be sure all sides of your print receive equal light exposure to avoid unequal shrinkage on the overexposed side. Unequal cure can damage or dis-form your print. For best results, post cure your print until the surface tack is removed - Extended cure times can increase tensile strength which may be ideal for hollowed prints. When the material is properly post cured, All sides of your print should have equal color and your piece should be noticeably harder.
Table A: Percent weight gain before post curing "Green Solvent Resistance". 1x1x1 cm cubes printed with Table A settings on Creality LD-002R then immersed in respective solvent for 15 minutes. The lower the absorption rate, the less likely the print will experience surface deformations.
IPA 99% | 0 - .82 % |
Acetone (not recommended) | 3.2 % |
